    Come to Canada

    Visit

    We can assist with obtaining a temporary resident visa for citizens of those countries who require one to enter Canada.

    Work Temporarily

    We can assist with obtaining authorization to work in Canada. As a temporary foreign worker in Canada you may become eligible to become a Permanent Resident in Canada also.

    Study

    We can assist with obtaining authorization to study at a post-secondary educational institution in Canada. Your study in Canada may enable you to become a Permanent Resident in Canada in the future also.

    Immigrate

    Skilled Workers

    If you are a skilled worker and

    (1) have arranged employment in Canada; or

    (2) have at least one year of experience in the last ten working in an occupation that appears on a list of “in demand” occupations published by Citizenship & Immigration Canada;

    (3) are an international student enrolled in a PhD program in Canada (or gratuated from a Canadian PhD program within the past 12 months) and meet certain criteria;

    you may be eligable to apply for permanent residence in Canada as a skilled worker.

    Provincial Nominees

    Most Canadian Provinces offer schemes whereby people with links to their province such as past work experience, arranged employment, family members residing there, or a desire to set up a business or invest in that province, may be eligible to seek nomination from the province. This in turn can be used to seek expedited permanent residence in Canada.

    Business Class

    Business people willing to make an investment in Canada, set up a business in Canada or buy and manage a farm in Canada may be eligible to apply for permanent residence in Canada. Those with experience at a world class level in cultural activities or athletics may be eligible to apply under this category also.

    As a member of the Family Class

    As a close family member of a Canadian citizen or permanent resident who is willing to sponsor you, you may eligible to apply for permanent residence in Canada.

    Already in Canada

    Extend or change the conditions of your stay

    We can assist you to extend your stay in Canada or change your status in Canada (i.e. to a worker or student).

    Hire a Foreign Worker

    Are you a Canadian employer struggling to find Canadians who are both willing and able to fill a labour shortage? We can assist with securing authorization for suitably skilled and qualified foreign workers to do the job.

    Become a Permanent Resident

    Canadian Experience Class

    If you are a temporary foreign worker with at least two years of full-time (or equivalent) skilled work experience in Canada, or a foreign graduate from a Canadian post-secondary institution with at least one year of full-time (or equivalent) skilled work experience in Canada, you may be eligible to apply for permanent residence in Canada under this category.

    Live-in Caregivers

    Live-in caregivers working in Canada under the Live-in Caregiver Program may be eligible to apply for permanent residence in Canada if they have completed either 24 months of authorized full-time employment, or a total of 3,900 hours of authorized full-time employment.

    Sponsor your Family

    As a Canadian citizen or permanent resident, you may be able to sponsor a close family member to apply for permanent residence in Canada.

    Renew or replace your Permanent Resident Card/ Apply for a travel document

    As a permanent resident of Canada you must present a valid permanent resident card or travel document to obtain re-entry to Canada. We can assist with renewing or replacing a permanent resident card and applying for a travel document for permanent residents overseas.

    Apply for Canadian Citizenship

    If you are a permanent resident and have resided in Canada for at least three years during the last four you may be eligible to apply for Canadian citizenship. In addition we can assist with applications for Proof of Citizenship and for Resumption of Citizenship for those who already are or were Canadian citizens.

    Appeals, Hearings, Reviews and Interviews

    Representation at Hearings, Reviews and Interviews

    We can provide representation at hearings, reviews and interviews before all levels of the Immigration & Refugee Board of Canada, Citizenship and Immigration Canada and Canada Border Services Agency.

    Prevent Removal From Canada

    Depending on what stage of the removal process you are at, there are a number of possible ways to try to prevent removal from Canada including: making an application for permanent residence in Canada based on Humanitarian and Compassionate considerations or making an application for Pre Removal Risk Assessment (PRRA).

    Appeal of Negative Decisions

    We can advise and provide you with representation at your Appeal. It may also be possible make an Application to the Federal Court of Canada for Judicial Review of a decision made by an immigration official under the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act.

    We have both a Notary Public and Commissioners for Taking Affidavits on our staff enabling us to certify true copies and notarize documents as well as to take affidavits and statutory declarations.
